I have exciting news to share!
I will be travelling with the Sat Nam Foundation to Rishikesh India to help install a 30,000 liter cement cistern and harvest rain from the rooftops for an orphanage the Foundation supports. We will then install a solar grid to power the water pump. We will also train the staff at Ramana’s Garden (the orphanage) to build and care for a filtration system that can support their needs into the future. There is a one week Seva (volunteer workers) Retreat near the end of November but I will be travelling down earlier with the Foundation to get everything ready for the Sevas’ arrival.
We are asked to raise $3000 to cover the materials and donation to the Orphanage for our lodgings/food.
